Eposis Webserver Infrastructure upgrade

Our servers are managed 'in-house', this is part of our quest of not being reliant on other people to respond.  We have just upgraded our T1 line for faster internet access,  Servers are monitored 24/7 and Alerts are sent via email and SMS text to inform engineers of downtime.  Our backup's are managed 'in-house' as well as our databases and websites.  We have invested in Support software for logging calls and a remote control system for supporting end-users and resellers.
